Editorial & Verification Policy
Standards of accuracy, citation integrity, and ethical coverage for unreleased games.
1. Core Verification Standard
Prior to game release, misinformation spreads rapidly across search engines and social platforms. To safeguard factual integrity, all content on arkheronguide.wiki adheres to a strict three-tier verification hierarchy:
- Tier 1 (Official Fact): Information released directly by Bonfire Studios via their official portal (arkheron.com), Steam store specifications (App ID 3333850), or official patch notes.
- Tier 2 (Telemetry & Scrim Testing): Tactical analysis verified by playtest participants in authorized betas. Must be clearly labeled as community testing.
- Tier 3 (Speculation / Unconfirmed): Community theorycrafting regarding unannounced heroes. Clearly marked with warnings; never presented as confirmed fact.
2. Anti-Fabrication Rule
We strictly forbid the creation of fictional character stats, fabricated release dates, or synthetic FAQ spam. If game data for an unreleased hero is pending confirmation, it is noted as such.
3. Correction Policy
Game balance shifts quickly during Early Access. When hotfixes or balance adjustments are deployed by Bonfire Studios, our editors update corresponding weapon tables, cooldown metrics, and guides promptly with revision timestamps.
